Referencing a Specific Cell in Reports

I'm trying to make a bar graph in reports that displays the maximum, minimum, and current value (column header) of a product (row header). I having trouble with this as Power BI is very column centric, always wanting to count or summarize the column when I need a specific value within that culumn. How do I reference a specific cell in reports? I plan to make a graph for each product so it would be great if the solution showed how to make a bunch of graphs at once (perhaps with drill-through), with each graph comparing the same columns but using data from a different row, but if this is too complicated I could always do each rows graph by hand.
