I am currently trying to connect PowerBI to a Redshift, and I use a DNS that points to my default Redshift hostname. However, there is a PowerBI validation rule that only accepts hostnames that do not have the following string in their composition: ".redshift.amazonaws.com".
What should I do given that my DNS does not have the string above and I am getting the following error: "We encountered an error while trying to connect. Details: "The server name must end with .redshift.amazonaws.com"?

It would need to use the valid Redshift naming convention from AWS in order to connect successfully.
