- Use SharePoint lists with standardized data categories for easy aggregation in Power BI.
- Add an "Entity Name" field for dynamic filtering by entity.
- Implement slicers or navigation within the Power BI report for entity-specific views.
- Automate data updates using Power BI's refresh and set up automated report delivery to stakeholders.
- Integrate reports in Teams for easy access and adoption.
- Power BI Service for shared access

Quick clarification - I forgot to mention future proofing the reports for archiving. Can the entities then update the report in power bi or is it better to have them use the sharepoint lists every time they update. I'm not familiar with the built in archiving process in power bi.
