    • Use SharePoint lists with standardized data categories for easy aggregation in Power BI.
    • Add an "Entity Name" field for dynamic filtering by entity.
    • Implement slicers or navigation within the Power BI report for entity-specific views.
    • Automate data updates using Power BI's refresh and set up automated report delivery to stakeholders.
    • Integrate reports in Teams for easy access and adoption.
