Receiving error message when connecting to VisualStudioOnline

We have been able to connect to our VSO account until today.

Now receiving this error message:

Failed to update data source credentials; [Permission error] TF400813: The user 'Windows Live ID \00037FFE96DA2784@live.com&39; is not authorized to access this resource Account: pinnacledev

The VSO account pinnacldev is connected to Azure Active Directory and only accepts logins via Organizational ID

OATH2 is turned on for the pinnacledev account.

I am also getting same error. Was anyone able to fix this issue? Happening to me from last 4 days.

Have you gone into the ellipses, Schedule Refresh, Data Source Credentials and ensured that they are set correctly or have you tried resetting them?

It isn't possible to schedule a refresh as the connection to VisualStudioOnline never completes.

This functionality used to work flawlessley for everyone, i.e. go to Powerbi.com, select get data, select services, select Visual Studio, fill out information and connect to Visual Studio.

Now anyone trying to pull data from VSO gets this error message

We are experiencing the same thing. Please advise on a solution, MS. We have tried clearing cache, restarting, etc. Our VSO users have perfect access to VSO and Azure but the connection in PowerBI always looks like it's trying to authenticate a live.com user.
