RealTime report with Direct Query and refresh rate 1 minute
I want to create a real-time report in Power BI that shows a list of the next tasks of a team.
I have created a Direct Query to a Postgres DB and set the "Page refresh" to 1 minute (see sceen shot).
This perfectly works in Power BI Desktop. However, as soon as the report is published in the Power BI Service, this value is increased to 5 minutes. Unfortunately 5 minutes is too long, I would like to refresh this report every minute?
Does anyone have an idea how to realize this?
Thanks
Bodo
I don't think a PPU can change the settings of a WS as the Tenant Admin
OK, the tenant admin need to set the minimum refresh rate to 1 minute in the admin portal/premium per user page. Then the reports can be refreshed every minute automatically:

How do I get to this page please?

Hang on, finally found it. I don't have sufficient access to modify that setting. I see this in the particular Power BI page I'm looking to speed up --
Even with that set up, the page refuses to move to refresh every minute. It refreshes every five.
Question -- with what appears above, should a developer be able to set a page to refresh every minute? Does the "Admin interval" mean that once a minute is ok?

Hi Bodo
Do you run the report in a Shared capacity workspace?
