Real time streaming data to PBI data set using flow

I am trying to send real time (streaming data) from Dynamics CRM to PBI data set using flow. Currently flow and PBI has add rows to data set. Is there a way to update the rows sent before? If not, do I need to resend all rows using flow to dataset?

Let us say initially I send information about 10 device alerts (rows)information to PBI streaming data set. If these alerts in CRM are closed they can be updated to a different status. I want these updated rows to be sent to PBI and data be updated in the PBI data set.

As far as I know when using streaming datasets, once the data goes into the stream, it cannot be modified.

I am checking APIs for datasets in PBI and looks like they dont have one for updating data in datasets 😐
