Read-only access for Dataflow
Is it possible (in the new upgraded workspace) to give read-only access to dataflows? When this answer was given, users couldn't yet take over dataflows, but now they can.

The "Take Over" button can only be used by your group admin, not by group members. This is by design.

At this moment, this is not true. Not sure if anything has changed with new View roles, but with new Workspaces a member (or a contributor) can take over the ownership and edit the dataflow.
