Read-only access for Dataflow

The "Take Over" button can only be used by your group admin, not by group members. This is by design.

Based on my test, in the new app workspace, when you assign users as member, they can't not edit the dataflow(read-only) like below.

v-yuta-msftYour popup has to do with ownership, and not permissions.
A user with member permissions can take over any dataflow and start editing that dataflow. I've just tested it again, and it still seems to work for me.

Based on my test, member can't edit the dataflow, the dataflow can only managed by it's owner.

Have you tried, with a member, to go to the settings of a dataflow and press the "Take Over" button?
After you've done that, you are able to edit the dataflow, while only having "Member" permissions.
A related question would be, is it possible for a member to have read-only access to the entire workspace?
For example, it's also possible for members to just create dataflows.
