Read-only access for Dataflow
Is it possible (in the new upgraded workspace) to give read-only access to dataflows?
When this answer was given, users couldn't yet take over dataflows, but now they can.

The "Take Over" button can only be used by your group admin, not by group members. This is by design.

Based on my test, in the new app workspace, when you assign users as member, they can't not edit the dataflow(read-only) like below.

v-yuta-msftYour popup has to do with ownership, and not permissions.
A user with member permissions can take over any dataflow and start editing that dataflow. I've just tested it again, and it still seems to work for me.

Based on my test, member can't edit the dataflow, the dataflow can only managed by it's owner.
