Read-only Dataset for member in App workspace

Hi

I have published a power BI report into a workspace created with App Workspace set as read-only for members but I would like these members to be able to access to the published dataset, create and saved their reports/dashboards into anther workspace that they have read and write access to it.

Is this posible if so how do you configure it?

Thanks in advanced

Kham

Hi Kham,

I'm afraid it's impossible of your exact scenario. But there are workarounds.

1. Why did they only have read access while they can create new reports? Actually we can't do much changes of data set in the Service.

2. How about upload the data set to the other workspace?

Best Regards,

Dale
