RLS and sharing dashboards

Hello everybody, 

I'm testing RLS in order to start a project using RLS.

Everything works right until I share the report on power BI service, the person with a gmail adress "external from the organisation" can access the dashboard but all she can see is an empty graphics.

This person has a power BI pro licence and correctly aded to azure directory

I changed security and sharing options, is there any additional action that I can do ?

    Hello, 

    Thanks amine for the reply, he has a pro licence and I just found the solution, the gmail adress has prefix on his space :  live.com#[email protected], I changed the adress in my data model and it works. I don't know how all gmail adresses are managed but of course it's better to have professionnal adress.

    Hi Wiam_HTC 

    A Gmail address is not a work or school email. I doubt she can even have a Pro license with a Gmail address
