RLS DEFAULT ROLE SEE NOTHING

Is there possibility to deny access to reports for users within organisation, that are not in any role (RLS) but they are allowed to see report in POWER BI SERVICE. I want employees that have acces...

    Hi. Let's recap. RLS will only be reflected for Viewers. If you are a viewer with an assigned role then it's triggered. However if you are a viewer that's not assigned to a role, when you open the report it will be everything in blank. By default a viewer user without a RLS role will see blanks. If a user doesn't have a role and it can see everything, then the user might not be a viewer but a contributor/member/admin. Those workspace roles can see everything because it's reservated for developers.
