Hey MeghanDeWet ,

 

assuming that the personal gateway is installed on a different machine the same versions of R and the same version of the packages must be installed on the gateway machine.

 

Hopefully, this helps to tackle your challenge.

    The personal gateway is on the same machine as the dashboard and R script...Any ideas what could be going on?
