It depends. If it is dataflow to dataflow, it does. If it is dataflow to dataset, maybe. If the Enhanced Compute Engine is on for the flow, and the dataset uses the PowerPlatform.Dataflow connector and not the PowerBI.Dataflow connector, then it will fold.
