Publish to Web Security - Specific Questions
Hi Anonymous ,
For the first question, yes, it's like a public web url that you can copy and share with others.
For the third question, no, uses only have the view permission and they don't have the access to the underlying data.

My question was not about whether users can access the underlying data. It was about whether Microsoft has unrestricted access to all the underlying data if a report is Published to Web.
