Publish to Web Security - Specific Questions

Question

My organization is considering the use of Publish to Web, and I have reviewed the PBI Community Message Boards and the Publish to Web official blog post . However, I still am looking for specific answers to the following questions:

Is it at all possible for users viewing the report to copy the Embed code and publish the report on another website via Publish to Web?
Can Microsoft use the entire underlying data set if a report is Published to Web? I understand that the report can be searchable via search engines, that MS can publish the report in their online galleries, and that anyone viewing the report has access to the visuals and associated data visible in the report (although they cannot directly export this data nor edit it). My concern is whether using Publish to Web allows MS unrestricted access to the entire dataset underlying the .pbix file, and to use the detailed data for whatever purpose they please. This is not about filtering confidential data from the published report, but about the ability for MS to use the entire dataset because a report was made public via Publish to Web. Links to relevant sections from the Terms of Service may be helpful.

Anonymous&nbsp;To answer the first question, it's totally possible to get the embedded code of a Publish to web report. They just need to click on the below highlighted button when they are in a website.As soon as you click the button, it will open a new tab with the embedded link. You can simply copy the link from the URL and use it as you wish.&nbsp;And to answer the second question, AFAIK, it is only mentioned that they use it in the Gallery and they do not talk about if they can or cannot access the underlying data. For the first question, yes, it's like a public web url that you can copy and share with others.
For the third question, no, uses only have the view permission and they don't have the access to the underlying data.
Also please check the&nbsp;Limitations of this feature.
