Publish "Get Help " in Tenant Settings

Hello,

I am trying to set Tenant setting with Power BI service and there is section of GET help , some URL's works but some doesn't

For example, the configuration would not accept a URL that looked like this below which was using the “copy link to this page” functionality within MS TEAMS:

https://arthrex.sharepoint.com/sites/PowerBItotheStarsCloud/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={2a22c516...

A more “normal” URL worked just fine (I substituted some links to various locations just so I could trace the paths).  The links highlighted in yellow in attached file are the ones that are replaceable.

Questions:

  1. Can I use a TEAMS URL in the Help.
  2. And if so, what do I need to change to have the link still land in the right place.
  3. And if not, what are the other options.

Hi @Anonymous

Could you please kindly let me know how did you build the teams URL? That I can tested it on my side.

Also, here's a blog could probably provide some hints:

Hi there

Here are more details below on the help settings. And from what I can see it has to be a simple URL that will work, which will take them to a web page
