Problems with Shared with me (external users)
Hi guys,
I have a problem with Shared with me Reports from external users.
When an External user share with me a Report i can have access to it only using the link in the Email notification.
From my account, if i go to "Shared with me" i can't see the Report.
How can I fix it?

In fact, this is a limitation for external users.
When you share to external users, power bi will send them an email with access links.Share your Power BI content with anyone by email
For those shared reports, they not displayed in 'shared with me' panel and they can only use access links to view shared contents.You can consider to use azure b2b to add these users to your organization, then these users can view shared contents in shared with me panel.
