Problem disabled azure private link

I need to publish on the web and I carry out the steps, in the power bi documentation they explain that it is necessary to disable "azure private link", however when performing the step this error ap...

Some thing has been changed, I no longer get that error and privet links are disabled now, by publishing link still not working

- Public link can't be made to report which source data is liked form outside. For example as link to csv file in NASA website.

    Yes, my problem has two parts, my report was live connected to TXT file on NASA website. I reintegrated data with PBI and my report is now public. I corrected my previews post.
