Problem disabled azure private link

I need to publish on the web and I carry out the steps, in the power bi documentation they explain that it is necessary to disable "azure private link", however when performing the step this error appears, how can I solve it?

Some thing has been changed, I no longer get that error and privet links are disabled now, by publishing link still not working

- Public link can't be made to report which source data is liked form outside. For example as link to csv file in NASA website.

Yes, my problem has two parts, my report was live connected to TXT file on NASA website. I reintegrated data with PBI and my report is now public. I corrected my previews post.

Hi @EdwardN ,

Please ensure you manually disable Public Links before disabling Private Links to avoid this issue.

If it does not help, please provide more details about the error.

I disable Public Links , but don´t fix the problem, the suport services is working on the error and say me that they will be fixed the next 15 sep,
