    Hi T_Campelo,

     

    Please answer below questions:

    1. Which type of license do you have? Free/Pro?
    2. The same question about your colleagues
    3. Do you have Power BI Premium for you? for your colleagues?
    4. Are you in the same domain (Office 365 organization)?
    5. What is the data source for the tiles of the dashboard?
    6. What is the purpose of sharing this dashboard with others? Which business problem you are trying to solve?
    7. Who is the owner of related datasets?
    8. Do you use Data Gateway here?

Assuming this is not the direct query / Live connection.

 

Looks like you have designed the report with RLS. 

So, when you share the report did you add that person to the role ?

    solved, perfect

    the problem was a bad rls definition
