Pro vs Premium per User workspaces

Hi all!

I wanted to find out if a set up like the following would work...

If I have a dataset in a Premium per User workspace and I link a report to that dataset but publish it to a different Pro workspace would users with access to the Pro workspace be able to see the report or would they require a Premium per User license?
