Pro license required for alerts and notifications?

Is a Power BI Pro license required to set up alerts and receive email notifications?  It would be very helpful to have a thorough grid of free vs. pro features.

Thank you for the response and the link!  However, that is not a comprehensive list of functionality.  I realize that to cover every little detail may be prohibitive, but alerts and notifications, for instance, are something I think would be useful to have addressed in the grid.

I'm not sure if my comment will be related with the question here but I'm not very familiar with Power BI yet. I donwloaded the app and signed up but I don't know why it shows me I have 50 days left for the trial version. I don't want the Pro version. Is there any way I can change that? I need to publish some dashboards but when I share them and my colleague wants to access, he cannot. A pop-up is displayed indicating the Pro version is required.

Can you help me on this?

There were some changes made to the Power BI licensing, and you can find all the details in this link below. The crux of it is that you can no longer Share Dashboards with Free Users, you either have to be a Pro or Pro-Trial user.
