Pro License (Shared Capacity) vs Premium License (Dedicated Capacity)--------Difference between them

Hi Team,

 

Can you please explain me following things. I know already remaining common diff between Pro and premium License.

 

1. What is meant by Shared Capacity

2. What is meant by Dedicated Capacity

3. Can we do Incremental refresh with Pro license.

    Capacities are a core Power BI concept representing a set of resources (storage, processor, and memory) used to host and deliver your Power BI content. Capacities are either shared or reserved. A shared capacity is shared with other Microsoft customers, while a reserved capacity is reserved for a single customer. Reserved capacities require a subscription, and are fully described in the Managing Premium capacities article.

    By default, workspaces are created on a shared capacity. In shared capacity, workloads run on computational resources shared with other customers. As the capacity must share resources, limitations are imposed to ensure "fair play", such as the maximum model size (1 GB) and maximum daily refresh frequency (eight times per day).

    I understand the premium environment, but I don't understand how the resources are distributed in a shared environment (I understand the size and I understand the amount of upgrade) but it is not clear to me how much processor, how much memory, how many processor cores and how exceeding is penalized. resources.

    Another question: are resources in a shared environment allocated by workspace or by data set or by tenant or how does that distribution of resources work in a shared environment?

    We have had reports in a shared environment that they become slow but we do not have as monitors how many resources it consumes and what are the limits of shared in terms of computing capacity
