Printing visuals directly from Dashboard

Hi,

I've created a Dashboard from a report (4 pages).

Is there an option to print a specific visual (table) directly in the dashboard?

Or is this version-related (I have a Power BI Pro license).

    Hi cn4422 ,

    That's correct. When a full report page is pinned as a single tile to the dashboard, the Focus mode option is not available for individual visuals within that page.

     

    If you need to print a specific visual, you may consider pinning that visual separately to the dashboard instead of the entire page. This way, the Focus mode and Print options become available for that specific tile.

    Hi cn4422 ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.

    You can print a dashboard tile by following these steps:

    1. Open your dashboard in full screen mode.
    2. Hover over the visual (tile) you want to print and select More options (...) --> Open in focus mode.
    3. In focus mode, select the Print icon to open the print dialog.
    4. Adjust your print settings and proceed.

    Note that if your report has a sensitivity label, review it before printing.

      Apparently, when you create a dashboard from an entire report page it's not possible to switch into focus mode for single visuals.
