Print page with all filter values

Hello everyone,

 

Can we print the report for all filter values or is there anyway to generate the reports with each filter value?

 

For example, there is a report about sales in each State in USA where people can use slicer to change the State he wants to view.

 

Then, he wants to print the sales reports for each state. It means he needs to print 50 times right?

 

So can we have a dynamic way to do that?

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    I'm afraid it's hard to do it like that for now. I would suggest you create an idea here. There might be a workaround. There is a visual "Play Axis" that can play the items of a slicer one by one. Then we can snapshot every statement of the report. 

    Print_page_with_all_filter_values

      Thank you for your reply.

       

      The PlayAxis is not really helpful in my situation but it is a really nice visual.

       

      I can apply this visual to some reports but it still has some limitations. This visual is developed by a third party, so where can I give my idea to the developer of this visual to make it better?

        You can contact the author here. But it won't be a good idea to snapshot the report by visual.
