Part of the requirement is that each user who needs to access the workspace requires a Power BI Pro license.

Even for the workspace with premium per capacity mode requires Pro license to everyone?

 

I thought that everyone else with no license could still access to the workspace as long as 1. workspace is premium instance 2. workspace is shared to the person.

 

Am I misunderstanding? How can some people without license see the contents in the space?

    Hi arusky 

     

    If the user has got a viewer role for the workspace they can see the content.

     

    If the user requires any other role besides "Viewer" they will require a Power BI Pro license to view or edit the content. This is currently how it is implemented.
