Premium license issue with 10-minute dataset refresh function

As a premium license user, I have access to a 10-minute refresh function. While trying to set up a refresh policy for my dataset, I came across a guide on the Power BI site. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate an option to set the refresh policy to 10 minutes. I have already reached out to technical support via chat, but the issue remains unresolved.

I was wondering if you could provide a solution to this problem or connect me with another technical support team that could assist me.

For Postgresql, I utilized the ODBC connector. If I cannot use this function in a premium license, could you give the other solutions?
