Premium Workspace x Free License

Hello!

I work in an organization that has a Premium workspace (with a diamond mark). I have a Pro license and everyone one else only have free licenses, but they need to consume the reports. 

They were listed as Administrators of the workspace, but couldn't access the reports. I did a little research and found out that free users need to be marked as Viewer on the access panel in order to view the reports. I did that, but they still cannot access the workspace. It continues to show a message saying that they need Pro licenses to access the content. What am I doing wrong?

    ninago2406 I believe you need to share the reports/dashboards with them or publish an App for the workspace that is shared with your users.
