Premium Per User workspace refresh time

I see that refresh times of Power BI Dataflows are potentially faster in a PPU workspace. Is this the same for datasets built off the Power BI Dataflows. I currently have a report that is taking 2 hours to refresh and I am wondering if this will make a difference

Our trial of PPU has been used up so I am not sure how I can test this.
