Powerr BI Service and Excel Export

Hi 

I make a application with a power BI report.

I give the rule Viewer to my AD Group with few users.

All my users have access to the application and can see the data

Some users of this group (not all just 3 ) can't export data to excel the option one is desabled. (gray)

I don't understand with just 3 users can't export datas to excel

The parameter of my report alloxed export to excel.

is some one a an idee ?

Hello @ShaunLeMouton,

Your Power BI Admin can disable export for specific security groups:

Admin Portal → Tenant Settings → Export and Sharing Settings → Export data

If this setting is enabled only for certain groups, those 3 users may fall outside the allowed list.
They’ll still see the report but the Export to Excel option will be greyed out.

✅ Ask your admin to confirm that the users’ AD group is included in the “Export data allowed for these groups” list.
