You will want to open a support ticket http://support.powerbi.com

As we currently use the trial Pro, we cannot create a support ticket.
But currently we want to check, if the Microsoft solution does fit in our strategy before buying pro...
Any other way to get support?

Go to the page with the error. You can then click the smiley icon in the Service and send a screen shot of the error.

What is your data source? Please ensure that you have installed the latest version of Power BI gateway and use it to refresh your dataset. Also I would recommend you re-publish the dataset to Power BI Service and check if you can refresh successfully.

Hi,
My Data-Source is a local PowerBi file. There I have Google Analytics connected and created some specialized Statistics, which will be shared internally. Therefor I have added an automatically refresh every 3 hours.
This have been worked fine till since some weeks the refreh does fail (pro-version still active).
I receive the upper mentioned problem.
Best
Marcel

marcelch,
I am not able to reproduce your issue. How about you re-publish the PBIX file? Would you mind sharing me the PBIX file so that I can test?

Lydia
