PowerBi Gateway connection with private Ec2 machine

Hi all,

We had the below powerbi development environment in following manner.

A Public EC2 instance to connect to a secure private EC2 instance with no public access.Inside private instance(where reports are developed) we are installing enterprise gateway to refresh data.

My question is will the private instance can connect with enterprise gateway for loading data.If yes how can we achieve it.
