PowerBI Gateway Issues
We are having issues with our Gateway. We are trying to add to the cluster and it is telling us the recovery key is incorrect. It is the only key we have ever created.
Hi rderbyshire ,
If the key is not being accepted, either it was written down wrong or in the copy paste function an extra space is being added at the beginning or end of the key. If you double check that it is not an extra space, then I would change the key (well, actually, set a new one over the one you don't remember).
