PowerBI Enterprise Gateway unable to access by administrator List users on non-on premises

Hi ,

I Installed PowerBI Enterprise Gateway, added the data source  and created  one user administrator list.

But that user unable to access the data source.

kindly advice me how to solve.

Check if you PowerBI.com Mail is registered as UPN within your local domain. I experienced the same problem.
