Power bi Export API Export Modeless workbook not found error

Hello, i was using powerbi api to download reports in .pbix format, i know the limitations of the report export api that says you can't download reports generated from local excel file, but I'm using a buisness one drive account to import the excel file to power bi and after i import and create a report from the excel file i couldn't download the report. It gives me an error on the response saying export_modeless_workbook_notfound. I have requesred all necessary permissions and has also successfully downloaded reports created by manually creating a table inside power bi. Can you please help?

You don't need an API to connect and import an excel from one drive for business.
