For the past nine months, I have been experiencing a recurring issue with the Fabric/Power BI login page and sign-in process. Although I reported this to my admin, their assistance has been limited. They indicated that the problem stems from the hybrid system synchronizing our network cloud information with our on-premises servers. Could anyone help with how to raise this issue with Microsoft Fabric?

Hi @JC11
This “Error during authorization” usually occurs when your Azure AD and on-prem AD accounts are not properly synced in a hybrid setup.
Could you please try below steps:
Ensure your UPN (username) in Azure AD exactly matches your on-prem AD account.
Clear cached credentials – sign out of all Microsoft apps, open an Incognito window, and sign in again at app.powerbi.com.
Check with your admin if Conditional Access / MFA policies are blocking Power BI or Fabric sign-in.
If hybrid joined, reconnect your work account under Settings >> Accounts >> Access work or school.
If still not fixed, raise a Fabric Support ticket >> support.fabric.microsoft.com >> Power BI Service >> Sign-in & Authentication.
