Power Bi Service Auto Refresh is not working!

Hello There, I am facing one strange issue not sure if anyone else have experianced same.

I have published report using Power Bi desktop, now I am accessing the same report on web using Power Bi Service. I have scheduled daily auto refresh and it had worked perfectly fine for couple of days. But after some days new data are not getting displayed in the report even though auto refresh is happening everyday. Just as a work around I manually triggered autorefresh to get latest data populated in report but did not work.  
I downloaded the pbix file and opened it through Power Bi desktop, once I refreshed the report using Desktop all latest data got populated in report.
Now the question is when I am trying to manully refresh data on web trough power Bi service it did not work but data got refreshed for same pbix file in Power Bi desktop. Can some help me to unserstand here what exacly the issue is?

Just to add its not the first time I have experiance this issue, this is third time within 2 months and as work around each time whren I am faving this issue I am refreshing report in desktop and publishing it back, but I know its a bug can some one please provide permanent fix for this?
