Power BI subscription report format

Hi,

I want to share the daily sales figures to my organization (~200 employees and ~100 of them have Pro license).

I have tried this and created a sub for myself but when getting the email I only see a fraction of the report. In my case I work for an organization with 75 stores but all of the does not fit in the report which make the sub quite useless. 

How is this solved? I've read something about paginated reports in PBI and that the creator need Premium license to build them. Does this mean that if I get Premium, then I can build a report and send it to 200 subscribers (even if only 100 of them have Pro license)?

Using the subscription function, you can only see the report overview in the email. All reports need to click the button to view in the service. This has nothing to do with license. Subscription is a way to share reports.

Yes, If you have a premium license, you can create paginated reports and share reports to free users.

Paginated Reports are "Listing" type reports, they are a development of SSRS Reports, you can find more information here: What are paginated reports in Power BI Premium? - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Paginated Reports are only avaialble with a "Premium Per User" (PPU) or "Premium Capacity" licence. If you have a PPU licence, you can share Paginated Reports with other PPU licence holders,  and Pro licence holders. So if you go the PPU route all your users will require a Pro or PPU licence to view the Paginated Report. If you have a "Premium Capacity" licence (which is more expensive) you can share Reports and Paginated Reports with user who have a "Free" Power BI licence, so "Premium Capacity" is often used when there are a large number (>300) of users who want to view Reports with only a Free licence.
