Power BI subscription report format

Hi, Anonymous 

 

 

I have tried this and created a sub for myself but when getting the email I only see a fraction of the report. In my case I work for an organization with 75 stores but all of the does not fit in the report which make the sub quite useless. 

 

Using the subscription function, you can only see the report overview in the email. All reports need to click the button to view in the service. This has nothing to do with license. Subscription is a way to share reports.

How is this solved? I've read something about paginated reports in PBI and that the creator need Premium license to build them. Does this mean that if I get Premium, then I can build a report and send it to 200 subscribers (even if only 100 of them have Pro license)? 

 

Yes, If you have a premium license, you can create paginated reports and share reports to free users.
