Power BI premium - Multiple workspaces

I need some info related to multiple workspaces in a premium capacity.

When there are multiple workspaces in a capacity, how is the memory allocation divided among these workspaces?

Is there a way to assign % memory capacity to a particular workspace or is it equally divided or is on need basis?
