Hello, We have a Power BI app at “Versiti.org” and we shared it with people at “Gundersonhealth.org”. We created O365 accounts within Versiti.org for Gunderson users with their work emails (xxxxx...
If by "Enterprise license", you meant Premium Capacity. Then you need to make sure the workspace that ishosting the app has Premium Capacity assigned to it.
ie. Versiti.org must have premium capacity on the workspace that hosting the app.
OR
Gunderson must have Pro license assigned to the user account on Gunderson side. In this case, Gunderson's premium capacity doesnt work, because the app is on VersitiRefer this post for assigning premium capacity
