Can't find this awnser anywhere.
Is it possible for an organisation based outside germany (The Netherlands) to get Power BI accounts on the Seperate German Microsoft Cloud?
Anyone who can provide me with more information about this will have my eternar gratitude.

Sorry I don't quite understand your requirement. The power bi account doesn't belong to any region, but the place where cloud data stored is different. You might refer to this article for more reference:

Not sure how to repeat the question.
Microsoft has the Microsoft Cloud Deutschland, with special attention to abide by german privacy laws. (for example publish to web is not available)
When a Dutch (The netherlands) company does not want its Power BI reports published on the General Microsoft Cloud, because this is not an option for legal (privacy) concerns, but instead wants to publish the Microsoft Cloud Deutschland because this deemed legally obtainable. How would they go about it? Where do they signup? What setting needs to be changed etc.
In other words, Is de german powerbi service enviroment available for other european countries? Or is it only available for users in germany.
Share feedback directly with Fabric product managers, participate in targeted research studies and influence the Fabric roadmap.
