I've heard that in "Power BI Embedded" there are a lot of customization option. Is it possible to customize the layout of the subscription emails for reports (or dashboards) in "Power BI Embedded"?
Customize the header (logo, text) , the footer (internal links ...)., also the Microsoft logo inserted as header by default, etc.
Is it possible to do all of that?

Hi @AlexGurovich,
You cannot insert headers and footers directly in a Power BI report, this is by design.
There is no option to controll it now. You can submit an idea for it in here to improve the power bi.
You can only add text/images as headers/footers on the normal screen using text boxes/images or shape toolbar items.
Or use the page background formatting option to add a background image after clicking Background.
As a workaround, you can use paginated reports to meet your needs.
"Customize the header (logo, text) , the footer (internal links ...)., also the Microsoft logo inserted as header ".
All of this can be done in the Power BI report builder. Here are the detailed steps.
Hope it helps,
