Can anyone please help me out how can i access this link:

I am not able to find the exact reason for this

What's your "link"? 

I tested a report with dynamic row level security, it actually works properly on Power BI Service.

Hi v-sihou-msft,

I am not able to find the tab in Publish to the web in the Power BI services when I have added the Row level security in the Power BI Report.

Can you please help me out...
