Power BI dataset
Hi,
I have a dataset (Using import) and i want to keep only one dataset for multiple reports, so am using power BI service connection.
But if i delete the dataset from Powerbi.com and publish the dataset again with Same name from desktop ver, Reports with Power Bi Service connection stop working.
When you try to open the report using desktop (Reports using Power Bi service Connection), it says dataset not available (But i have uploaded the dataset again) and give you error and you need to create the reports again.
This is very annoying, Looks like a BUG to me, pls have a look.

This is a limitation. If you delete the shared dataset in the Power BI service, then other Power BI Desktop(.pbix files) will no longer work properly or display their visuals.

This is a limitation. If you delete the shared dataset in the Power BI service, then other Power BI Desktop(.pbix files) will no longer work properly or display their visuals.
