We are experiencing refresh issues in the Power BI service since this morning. Refresh schedules stopped running (don't start anymore) and also when you try to manually refresh a dataset nothing happ...
Everything is working again as normal, checked this on multiple tenants. Case closed, thanks MS!

Advocate IIIYes, here as well. Manual refresh is working again, scheduled not tested but I expect the same results.
