We are experiencing refresh issues in the Power BI service since this morning. Refresh schedules stopped running (don't start anymore) and also when you try to manually refresh a dataset nothing happens, also no error/feedback or return message.
My own tenant is experiencing this issue as well as an customer tenant, the issue is exactly the same. I think there is an issue on the backbone of Power BI @Microsoft. Please reply to this post if you are experiencing the same issue since the currrent service status for Power BI shows that everything is running in Europe.

It seems the issue is resolved - I managed to refresh a model, which was not possible 10 min ago
Yes, here as well. Manual refresh is working again, scheduled not tested but I expect the same results.

Any updates from Microsoft? They promised fixes in 3 hours but it has been there for while and it would be nice to have some new info.
Same trouble - error 500 when trying to load reports to server and all dataflows have not refreshed from yesterday.
This is generally good. At least something is changed - an error is returned.
Until now there wasn't even an error.

Uploading Power BI Desktop versions to the Service is also not working.
Yes, everything is read-only at this time. Publishing is also not working from Power BI Desktop.

Service status page is also showing an error now for tenants located in west-europe.
Datasets (semantic models) still won't refresh.
