    Hey Anonymous ,
    as far as I know you have to provide both sources using your gateway. That's my current state.
    In the past I had no issues with calling JIRA API via my on-prem gateway.

    Try to add your cloud API as a new connection to your gateway an point your semantic model to the corresponding conncetion.

Recently we've deployed Power BI Templates for Jira Cloud, more details here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview.

This means from now you may build super cool Dashboards in just few mins using our Power BI Connector for Jira.
